Ingredients: Chopped Spinach. No additives or preservatives
Allergens: Contains soybean products. Processed in a plant that also handles dairy, wheat, soybean, peanut and tree nut products.
Directions: Mix 1/2 cup of Freeze-Dried Spinach to 1 cup of water. Let sit 5 minutes and drain off excess liquid. Yields apx. 1/2 cup Spinach for your favorite recipes.
My Choice Spinach
I'm not a Spinach fan and normally wouldn't eat it. We bought a variety of MyChoice cans and this was one of them. Spinach now goes into all of our pasta dishes and soups. It has been a great way to add more greens into our diet.
