Easy Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Dehydrated Peanut Butter Powder
1/2 C
Butter, Softened
1/2 C
1/2 C
Packed Brown Sugar
Egg (2 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 3 Tbsp Water)
1 1/4 C
Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp
Baking Powder


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, butter, honey, brown sugar, and egg until smooth.

3. Combine whole wheat flour and baking powder. Stir in batter until blended.

4. Roll into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly using a fork.

5. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until cookies are slightly toasted on edges.
