Ingredients: Potatoes, mono and diglycerides, nonfat dry milk, natural butter flavor, calcium stearoyl-2-lactylate, salt, pepper, SAPP, sodium bisulfite, citric acid and BHT and/or BHA to preserve freshness.

Allergens: Contains milk products. Processed in a plant that handles wheat, egg, milk, soybean, peanut, and tree nut products.

Directions: For a single 1/2 cup serving, add 3 Tbsp instant mashed potatoes to 1/2 cup boiling water. For 4 1/2 cup servings, add 3/4 cups instant mashed potatoes to 2 cups boiling water. For fluffier potatoes, briefly whip with a mixer.
