Cheesy Country Ham Puff Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Eggs, Lightly Beaten
4 Slices
White Bread, Torn Into Bite Size Pieces
2 C
Deh. Fat-Free Milk
1/2 tsp
Spicy Brown Mustard
1/8 tsp
Paprika
Dash of Garlic Powder
2 C
FD Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 C
FD Diced Ham
1/2 C
Chopped FD Onion
2 Tbs
Chopped Fresh Parsley
3/4 C
Bacon Textured Vegetable Protein

PREPARATION

1. Combine first eggs, bread, milk, spicy brown mustard, paprika and garlic powder in a large bowl; stir with wire whisk until almost smooth.

2. Add cheese, ham, onion, parsley and bacon to egg mixture; mix well.

3. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 11"x7"x1 1/2" baking dish.

4. Bake at 375F for 35-40min. or until puffed and golden.

5. Let stand 10 minutes.
