Only one I do not like

Tried this out of my 1 month kit and i do not like it despite the good reviews for it. Heated it and tomato sauce is too overpowering. It will be good for preps however as you won't care what it tastes like in an emergency situation.

Decent but Bland

The taste of the Cheese Tortellini in Tomato Sauce was OK - edible for sure, but a bit bland. But then, I guess one does not expect Cheese Tortellini to be much else but bland. If you're curious, it's worth a try. Doesn't cost much to buy just one, which is the beauty of MRE's.

Very good

Rich and thick sauce. Aromatic and flavorful. Quality throughout. Add Parmesan cheese for a feast.

just testing

Purchased some MRE's to see what we like prior to taking them camping/building small emergency supply. Tortellini in sauce was surprisingly good! Very filling, sauce had flavor but not too spicy for me. Will purchase again.

Not bad

Not bad cold, out of the pack, but tastes better heated up. The tortellini were firm and equal to many I have had in restaurants. Sauce wasn't bad but not as good as mamma used to make. I will add a few more to my stock.

WOW!! Cheese Tortellini with tomato sauce is a winner! For those afraid the sauce may be too 'kiddie', like can pasta. No worries here. The sauce is very thick and flavorful. Tortellini is firm and delicious! I will be back for more of this MRE!!!!
