This is the stuff!
Just received my order from E.E. and had to dive into the cheese sauce and crackers. Great stuff. The cheese was easier to spread than the ones we used to get when I was active duty. Looks like they have made some improvements in that area. Still the same great taste, although a little salty (which I don't mind). Great with MRE crackers for a quick snack.

Great cheese spread
Great all around cheese spread for crackers or the wheat snack bread. Even makes a quick liquid cheese dip if added to boiling water to melt it inside the packet.

Not too much!
I've eaten so many MREs I can't count (from over 7 years being deployed in the Air Force with the Wild Weasel Squadrons) The taste is not too bad, but be careful not to eat more than one pack a day, or you'll be stopped up worse than cold grease down the kitchen sink drain!

Like American Cheese with Butter
It tastes just like an American Cheese slice with butter in it. 1 packet is enough for 2-3 people, for sure. Tastes great!

I love this stuff!
I love putting the cheese spread on the crackers in my MRE's. I think this cheese is a great soft spread to use! It tastes great!
