Garlic Mashed Cauliflower Recipe

INGREDIENTS

8 C
Freeze Dried Cauliflower
2 Tbsp
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
5 Tbsp
Butter
1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp
Onion Powder
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Pepper

PREPARATION

1. Place cauliflower pearls in a large pot and add just enough water to cover.

2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and place in a medium bowl.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and mash until mixture is well-combined.
