Make Ahead Brunch Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp
Butter
1 1/2 C
Freeze Dried Onion
2 C
Freeze Dried Mushroom
4 C
Dehydrated Hashbrowns
1/4 tsp
Garlic Salt
8 oz
Yoders Bacon, Crispy
4
Eggs (8 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 12 Tbsp Water)
1 1/2 C
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
1/8 tsp
Parsley
1 C
Freeze Dried Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

PREPARATION

1. Cook bacon until crispy.

2. In a medium skillet, melt butter and saute onions and mushrooms until tender.

3. Place hashbrowns in bottom of greased 13" x 9" baking dish.

4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

5. Top with bacon, onions and mushrooms.

6. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, and parsley. Pour over casserole and top with cheese.

7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

8. Bake 400°F for an hour until set.
