Ranch Chicken Macaroni Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 C
Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
1/2 C
Freeze Dried Celery
1/4 C
Mayonnaise
1/4 C
Dehydrated Sour Cream Powder
2 Tbsp
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
1 C
Freeze Dried Chicken
1 Package
Dry Ranch-Style Dressing Mix
2 tsp
Paprika

PREPARATION

1. Reconstitute chicken, celery and sour cream according to directions on can.

2. Bring a pot of water seasoned with salt to a boil.

3. Add macaroni; Cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and pat dry.

4. In a medium bowl, mix together celery, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, chicken and ranch dressing mix.

5. Stir in macaroni until well-blended.

6. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

7. Stir and sprinkle paprika over top before serving.
