Peanut Butter Waffles Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 C
Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 C
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
1/2 tsp
Salt
2 tsp
Baking Powder
2
Eggs (4 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 6 Tbsp Water)
1/4 C
Honey
1/2 tsp
Vanilla or Vanilla Powder
1/2 C
Dehydrated Peanut Butter Powder
1 1/4 C
Water

PREPARATION

1. Combine flour, dehydrated milk, salt, and baking powder.

2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, honey, vanilla, and peanut butter. Mix in water.

3. Add egg mixture to milk mixture and stir until smooth.

Variations:
Peanut Butter Pancake: Use same recipe, but 3/4 cup of water instead of 1 1/4 cup water.
