Wild Rice Raspberry Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Uncooked Rice
4 1/2 C
Water
6 C
Freeze Dried Chicken
3 C
Dehydrated Carrots
2 C
Sliced Freeze Dried Celery
3/4 C
Chopped Green Onion
1/4 C
Chopped Fresh Tarragon
1 Bottle
Raspberry Vinagarette Dressing (1 1/3 Cup)
2 C
Freeze Dried Raspberries

PREPARATION

1. Rinse rice in cold water. Cook rice according to directions on package. Drain; Rinse with cold water.

2. In a large bowl, combine rice and all remaining ingredients except raspberries; Toss to combine.

3. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Just before serving. Sprinkle raspberries over salad.
