Peanut Butter Oatmeal Rounds Recipe

INGREDIENTS

3/4 C
Butter, Softened
1/2 C
Dehydrated Peanut Butter Powder
1 C
Sugar
1/2 C
Brown Sugar
1 tsp
Baking Powder
1/2 tsp
Baking Soda
2
Eggs (4 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 6 Tbsp Water)
1 tsp
Vanilla or Vanilla Powder
1 1/4 C
Flour
2 C
Rolled Oats
1 C
Chopped Peanuts or Chocolate Pieces

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter with an hand or electric mixer until well-blended.

3. Add sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda; Beat until blended.

4. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

5. Beat in as much flour as possible with the mixer then stir in remaining flour.

6. Stir in rolled oats and peanuts.

7. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

8. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

9. Transfer cookies to wire rack and let cool.
