Hot Pepper Sauce
Whole fresh Mushrooms or equivalent Emergency Essentials FD Mushroom Slices
Green Pepper or Emergency Essentials Green Pepper Dices
Emergency Essentials Instant White Rice


  1. Marinate ¾ lb. sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes, in a mixture of 1/3 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, ½ teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce.
  2. Thread meat on 4 skewers, alternating with 8 fresh whole mushrooms, one onion, chunked, and 1 green pepper, chunked.
  3. Brush marinade over the whole kabob and grill or broil until done. (Don’t add any more marinade after kabobs begin to cook; toss it out, as it’s been in contact with raw meat).
  4. Serve on a bed of seasoned rice.
