Cabbage Coleslaw Recipe

Provident Pantry Shredded Cabbage, reconstituted
3 Tbs
My Choice Chopped Onion, reconstituted
1 C
MyChoice Carrot Dices, reconstituted
1/2 C
MyChoice Freeze-Dried Celery, reconstituted
1 C
Provident Pantry White Sugar (or to taste)
1 Tbs
MyChoice Iodized Salt
To Taste
MyChoice 28 Mesh Black Pepper
1 C
White Vinegar
3/4 C
Vegetable Oil
1 Tbs
Dry Mustard


1. Combine and reconstitute first 4 ingredients according to the package directions.

2. Meanwhile, combine vinegar, oil, salt, dry mustard, and pepper in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.

3. Once the first 4 ingredients are reconstituted, drain, sprinkle with sugar and mix well.

4. Gradually pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture and mix well until you reach the desired consistency. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
