Buttermilk Cornbread Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 C
Cornmeal
4 tsp
Baking Powder
1/2 tsp
Baking Soda
2 tsp
Salt
1
Egg (2 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 4 Tbsp Water)
1 1/2 C
Dehydrated Buttermilk Powder
4 Tbsp
Unsalted Butter, Melted and Cooled
1 Tbsp
Sugar
3/4 C
Freeze Dried Corn
1 C
White Flour

PREPARATION

1. Make buttermilk according to directions on can. Add to large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with a wooden spoon. Do NOT Over mix.

2. Grease pan and bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
