Home made butter taste

I was curious and just had to try this butter powder. It does not taste like butter from the store but it does taste like the butter we used to make with cream. Yummy! Good for spreading but not for frying. Tried to make grilled cheese sandwich and it doesn't work. But spread it on toast with jelly and enjoy!

Butter Powder

Butter Powder is ok and comes close enough to real butter in flavor. Let it set for a while and the texture improves. The complaint I have about this product is the same for most of Provident Pantry or MH products - too much salt. If you are on a salt restricted diet, this may not be the product for you.

Very good butter

The question is, do I like it better than your canned butter? I'm having a hard time deciding. The second question is, do I like either of them better than fresh store bought? No, but I like all Three of them, and spread on toast or just about anything, I can hardly tell the difference. The powered butter is very easy to mix and I will always keep it on hand now. A good buy.
