Blueberry Drop Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 C
Flour
1/2 tsp
Salt
1 Tbsp
Butter
1 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder
1/2 C
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
1/2 C
Freeze Dried Blueberries

PREPARATION

1. Combine flour, salt, and baking powder.

2. Work in butter with fork or pastry blender.

3. Add milk, stirring in just moisten. Carefully fold in blueberries

4. Drop by tablespoon on greased baking sheet.

5. Bake at 375°F for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
