This tasted home made. My husband told me I have to much emergency food but said to order more of this !! I served this over a package of instant mashed potatoes and it tasted great. I am ordering many more right now. Great for emergency supply and really easy to prepare on camping trips.

A very delicious source of protein. I got to try this recently and left it in my car to heat up for lunch and it was just awesome. The consistency may be off putting to some but I found it to not be an issue at all. It tastes great and that's what counts!

This was ridiculously good! I'm trying numerous items in an effort to choose tasty items for my earthquake prep.
I was really pleasantly surprised by this. I always expect mediocre at best because, well, let's face it, this is a mass-produced "industrial" food item. If I didn't know better, I would say this was home made! Seriously, probably one of my top 2 or 3 faves (and I've tried a *LOT* of MRE's.)

Better than expected

WAY better than expected, and I'm no stranger to MRE'S. The gravy is excellent (not even a hint of that dreaded "instant" flavor) and the meat was VERY tender. For maximum potential this needs to be poured over rice or potatoes or pasta. Probably the best flavor of all the entrees, but again, needs to be poured over a side dish. I will be stocking up on more of these.

Tastes Great!

I was very pleased with the beef brisket MRE's. But be aware that if you are on a sodium-restricted diet, you should order something else. Very high sodium itself, it was too salty for my liking, but over white rice (or noodles/potatoes) it would be perfect! Next time, I'm serving it over rice. I will order more of these...very tasty.

Excellent! Only thing better would have to have made some rice with it to be served over. Hearty chucks of brisket in an excellent gravy! A great choice for a great meal.
