First time MRE user.
I have never tried a MRE before. Was a little hesitant. But I tried one of these emergency backup meals today for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty and filling it was. I tried it cold and heated. Good either way. These are perfect for camping or for getting prepared. Packaged nicely. Have already ordered 12 more meals to store for future use. A+

Wow really good food!!
We were impressed with the food, Both price and quality and we were amazed by everything we got in just one package. Also I was pleasantly surprised by the nice mix of meat and non-meat meals, I was glad to see some vegetarian alternatives. I bought 24 meals and over all received a really good assortment of meals. The food was easy to fix and very filling. Totally blown away at how good the food tasted!!! I had read the other reviews and that is why I decided to try these but wow very good!!! We will definitely use these for camping trips and backpacking trips in the future, as well as survival food.

I order some MRE's to try out. I was pleasantly surprise by my whole order. I was kinda skeptical about the whole thing. I am 100% percent satisfied. Although I bought some MRE's that needed to be heated, I still tried them cold. Because more than likely I might not have time to warm them up. Anyway so good....I am placing a second order today. I really like the food. I have price shopped and this site is the best site as far as the shipping and prices on item. I am very frugal, so take my word for it....the prices are good on my items I bought.

Real good, I only ordered 3 of them because it was my first time buying an mre and let me tell you, They were real good. I plan on buying more then 3 soon. I may buy 24 of these and the 3 day mre kit. But these taste just as good as a home cooked meal, Ive had a 15 year old mre a friend had giving me a few days after i bought these and it tasted fresh. These really are good too hang on to!!!!!!!!

These are not bad, and way better than the old "K" and "C" rations (try lugging THOSE on a hike!). Lightweight, very filling. No matter how much you burn off, you're still full. The "heaters" are great if you live in an area where you're forced to go all-electric, and the power goes out. No cold meals here! Great addition to the emergency storage, for backpacking (no lugging mini propane stoves and bottles!), for traveling (especially when there are no services!).

I recently tried one of the EBM's and was pleasantly surprised with the ease of preparing it and the taste was excellent. I thought the heaters were excellent also, not like some reviews I have read about leaks, etc. I have ordered 12 more and plan to always to keep these complete meals on hand. Thanks for a job well done.

EBM's for the RV
I ordered 20 of these to keep in the family RV for the kids when we go on long trips. The kids enjoyed them and the variety, they especially like the pound cake and jam and also the drink mix. I intend on buying more to keep at our families property and more to go in the RV. They are affordable, easy to prepare and very tasty.

MRE is the acronym for Meals-Ready-to-Eat. These pouch meals were originally designed for our soldiers in the U.S. Military. These dishes are precooked and can be eaten cold or heated. Great attention goes into developing the recipes for MRE’s.
