Works as Described

I have had this for a few months now and have used it exactly twice. I see the reviews about rusting - I have not seen that because we wash and dry our utensils after using them and put them back in the pouch.

Very Useful

KitBought one to keep with the mess kit in the Bug Out Bag; though tough guy in wildness settings eat with their fingers or carve a fork and spoon out of a tree branch, me I'll use my little mess set. Stamped metal utensils. My knife is serrated and pretty darn sharp. Very adequate.

Good, but...

Convenient how it packs up, but stainless? Not completely - It definitely rusts.

Almost right...

Close, but not exactly right. Yes, it's relatively durable, and I used it for everything from prep work, to cooking, and obviously eating. Only drawback, it's not rust proof. I would say this is more like rust resistant, don't set in water for too long and don't use a dishwasher, other than that, great for the price.

Not quite 'rust proof'

Though somewhat resistant to rust; continual use; and wear; does result in some rusting. Try not to have them sit in water or a dishwasher; that seems to cause the most damage.
