Banana Bread Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 C
White Flour
1 C
White Sugar
3 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp
Nutmeg (optional)
1 Tbsp
Oil
3/4 C
Fat-Free Milk (or reconstituted instant fat free milk)
2 Tbsp
Whole Egg Powder
2 C
Freeze Dried Banana Slices (reconstituted)
2 C
Chopped Nuts (optional)

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a bowl combine all wet ingredients.

3. In a separate bowl, combine and mix all dry ingredients.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients together and mix well.

5. Pour into muffin tins.

6. Bake about 30 minutes or push a knife in the middle and if it comes out clean, the muffin is cooled.
