Bacon and Tomato Spaghetti with Balsamic Dressing Recipe

INGREDIENTS

8 oz.
Spaghetti Noddles
1/2 lb.
Freeze Dried Bacon Piece
2 Cups
Freeze Dried Tomato Dices
1 Cup
Freeze Dried Spinach
To Taste
Salt & Pepper
To Taste
Parmesan Cheese


Dressing

3 tablespoons
Olive Oil
3 tablespoons
Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon
Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon
Sugar
1/8 teaspoon
Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Minced Garlic


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Reconstitute tomatoes and spinach and drain.
  2. While spaghetti noodles are cooking, prepare the dressing and set aside.
  3. In a medium-large skillet, crisp the bacon pieces.
  4. Add drained tomatoes and spinach and toss together
  5. Add cooked, drained spaghetti noodles and toss together, mixing as best you can.
  6. Add dressing and mix well. Taste for seasoning.
  7. Serve topped with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve warm.
