Apple Nut Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 3/4 C
Flour
1/2 C
Sugar
1 Tbsp
Baking Powder
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon
1/4 tsp
Nutmeg
1
Egg (2 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 3 Tbsp Water)
1/2 C
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
1/4 C
Oil or Clarified Butter
1 C
Chopped Freeze Dried Apple
1/2 C
Chopped Walnuts

PREPARATION

1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices together.

2. Add egg, milk, stir in apples and walnuts.

3. Spoon into paper-lined muffin tims. Filling about 3/4 full.

4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

5. Serve warm.
