Almond Pancake Mix Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Almond Pancake Mix:
3 C
Dehydrated Fat-Free Milk
2 1/2 C
Flour
1 C
Whole Wheat Flour
1 C
Finely Ground Almonds
2/3 C
Baking Powder
1 Tbsp
Salt
Pancake:
2 1/2 C
Pancake Mix
1 1/4 C
Water
1
Egg (2 Tbsp Whole Egg Powder + 3 Tbsp Water)
2 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil

PREPARATION

Almond Pancake Mix:

1. In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together until well-blended. Store in a resealable bag. Yields about 7 1/2 cups of pancake mix. Enough for 3 batches.

Pancakes:

1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Stir until just moistened.

2. Heat a greased griddle over medium heat.

3. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle and cook until top is full of bubbles and then flip.
